Ferry Corsten is a Dutch DJ and producer from Rotterdam who was among the first wave of trance artists to break internationally in the late 1990s, releasing influential records on Tsunami, Tsunami, and his own Tsunami imprint. His System F alias produced some of the genre's most celebrated anthems, and he remains a fixture on the global trance circuit. He is also known for his collaborative live performance projects, including the large-scale "Blueprint" show.
