Shy FX is a British-Jamaican DJ and producer of Trinidadian heritage who is one of the founding figures of UK jungle, best known for his 1994 classic "Original Nuttah" featuring UK Apache, which remains one of the most important records in the genre's history. His Digital Soundboy label has helped define the relationship between drum & bass and Jamaican music traditions for two decades. He continues to release and perform as a key figure in UK bass music heritage.
