History
Salon IKSV opened in 2011 as part of IKSV's expansion of its live music programming. The Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts has operated the Istanbul Jazz Festival and other major cultural events since 1973, and Salon provides the organisation with a permanent home for year-round programming.
