Club Space is the heartbeat of Miami's underground electronic music scene. Located in a converted warehouse in Downtown Miami, the club is famous for its marathon sets that regularly run from midnight through to the following afternoon. The rooftop terrace — lined with tropical plants and open to the Miami sky — is one of the most iconic party spaces in the world. Space has hosted legends including Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, and Seth Troxler, and its Ultra Music Festival after-parties are the stuff of legend.
Founded in 2000 by Louis Puig and Roman Jones, Club Space was one of the first venues in the US to champion the European-style marathon set. After a brief closure in 2012, it reopened under new management and has since cemented its reputation as the most important underground club in North America. Its 24-hour dance permit — one of only a handful in the US — allows the club to legally operate around the clock.
