About Arenile di Bagnoli
Arenile di Bagnoli is Naples' most spectacular live music and nightlife venue, a 5,000-capacity outdoor complex on the seafront of the Bagnoli industrial waterfront that transforms each summer into the city's cultural heartbeat. Major Italian and international touring acts play the main stage throughout June, July and August, and the complex's beach bar, restaurant and club areas remain animated after every show. The backdrop of the Gulf of Naples and the islands of Capri and Ischia makes every evening here visually unforgettable.
History
Arenile opened in 2003 on the former industrial seafront of Bagnoli, an area of Naples that was being regenerated after the closure of the steel and chemical plants that had dominated it for a century. The venue's success played a key role in establishing the western seafront as a cultural and leisure destination.
