Clandestino is Santiago's most committed underground electronic music venue, a club that has introduced serious techno and industrial electronics to a city more often associated with commercial house and Latin music. The venue's deliberately lo-fi aesthetic and uncompromising booking policy have built a devoted following among Santiago's electronic music community, including the growing local contingent of producers and DJs who are beginning to place Chile on the global electronic music map.

History

Clandestino opened in 2013 as Santiago's underground electronic music scene was beginning to coalesce around a handful of dedicated venues. Its uncompromising approach to programming has made it the natural home for the city's most music-focused clubbers.
