Pratersauna is one of Europe's most distinctive club venues — a former public sauna and bathing complex in Vienna's historic Prater park, converted into a club that retains all the original architectural quirks of its previous life. The outdoor pool becomes one of Vienna's most extraordinary daytime party spaces in summer, while the indoor rooms operate year-round with consistently strong electronic music programming. Pratersauna has become a symbol of Vienna's underground club scene: creative, independent, and unapologetically unconventional.
Pratersauna opened in 2007, repurposing a decommissioned public bathhouse that dated back to the early 20th century. Its founders recognised the space's extraordinary potential and created a venue that has since become one of Vienna's most celebrated cultural exports.
