About Kingdom

Kingdom is Austin's most respected dedicated electronic music venue, a converted industrial space on Red River that takes its sound system and booking policy seriously. The club hosts a rotating cast of local and international techno and house DJs in an unpretentious setting that prioritises the music over the spectacle. Its programming regularly features artists from Europe's underground circuit performing for Austin's enthusiastic electronic music community.

History

Kingdom opened in 2013 as Austin's nightlife scene was diversifying beyond the live music of 6th Street. It quickly established itself as the home of serious electronic music in a city not historically associated with club culture.
