Arsenal is one of Savamala's newer additions, a multi-room club that offers a more polished experience than the district's rougher underground spaces while maintaining a genuine commitment to quality electronic music. The venue's two main rooms — one focused on techno, the other on house — allow for simultaneous programming that caters to different moods. Arsenal has attracted both international touring acts and leading regional DJs, building a reputation for reliable quality that makes it a safe choice on any Belgrade weekend. The production values are higher than most Belgrade clubs, with a professional lighting rig and excellent sound in both rooms.

History

Arsenal opened in 2015 as Savamala's creative scene was reaching maturity, positioning itself as a more accessible complement to the district's more hardcore underground venues. Its founders sought to create a space that could bridge the gap between Belgrade's underground scene and its more mainstream clubbers. The club has successfully maintained this balance and become one of Savamala's most consistently attended venues.
