House of Yes is unlike any other nightclub in New York — or anywhere else. The Bushwick venue combines a nightclub with a performance space, hosting aerial acrobats, fire dancers, and live circus performers alongside DJs and live musicians. The club's ethos is radically inclusive, with a strong focus on queer culture, body positivity, and creative self-expression. Themed nights — from Mardi Gras to space-themed parties — encourage elaborate costumes and genuine participation.
Founded in 2013 by Anya Sapozhnikova and Kae Burke, House of Yes began as a performance collective before finding its permanent home in Bushwick. The venue survived a devastating fire in 2014 and rebuilt stronger, becoming a cornerstone of Brooklyn's creative nightlife scene. It has been recognised as one of the best nightclubs in the world by Time Out, Resident Advisor, and DJ Mag.
